Our Customer Commitment

At Wren Solar, we are committed to clear advice, fair treatment and quality workmanship, from your first enquiry through to installation and ongoing support.

1. Clear advice before you decide

We will listen to your requirements, assess your property and explain the options suitable for your needs.

Before you enter into a contract, we will provide a written quotation setting out the proposed equipment, scope of work, price, payment schedule and estimated timescales. We will explain any additional work, permissions or approvals required and who is responsible for arranging them.

We will provide realistic system performance estimates, explain the assumptions behind them and make clear that energy prices, tariffs and savings can change.

We will not pressure you into signing a contract.

2. Fair and transparent contracts

We will explain our terms, cancellation rights, guarantees and applicable financial protection before you commit.

Any deposit will be reasonable, justified and included in an agreed payment schedule. We will explain how applicable deposit protection works and provide the relevant documentation.

If changes are needed, we will explain their effect on the specification, cost, performance and timescales and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

3. Respect for you and your property

We will treat you fairly and respectfully and take account of any communication, accessibility or support needs you tell us about.

We will agree access arrangements, explain who will carry out the work and identify any subcontractors involved. We will keep you informed of progress and delays.

We will work safely, take reasonable care of your property and deal responsibly with waste. We will put right defects or damage for which we are responsible within a reasonable time.

4. A clear handover

Once your installation is complete, we will explain how the system works, demonstrate its controls and discuss how to use it effectively.

Your handover information will include relevant equipment details, safety guidance, manufacturer instructions, maintenance requirements, guarantees and warranties.

For installations certified under MCS, we will provide the MCS certificate within 30 calendar days of commissioning. We will also provide applicable Building Regulations certificates and DNO notification or approval evidence within the relevant requirements.

We will explain how to contact us for help and agree arrangements for any outstanding work.

5. Support if something goes wrong

Please contact evan@wrensolar.co.uk or call 01702 965 515 if you have a concern.

We will acknowledge complaints within two working days, investigate fairly and explain the action we propose. Our Complaints Procedure explains the process and applicable escalation options.

We use customer feedback to improve our services.

6. Your information

We will handle your personal information responsibly and explain how it is used and shared in our Privacy Policy. Installation records are retained for at least six years, or longer where applicable requirements make this necessary.
