Cancellation Information
We want you to understand your options before committing to an installation. This information applies to customers buying mainly for personal use. Business contracts have cancellation arrangements set out in their agreed terms.

1. Your cooling-off rights
Where your contract qualifies as a distance or off-premises consumer contract, you normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason during the statutory cancellation period.
For a contract supplying equipment and installation together, you can normally cancel from the date the contract is made until 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where goods from one order arrive separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item, lot or piece.
For a service-only contract, the period normally ends 14 days after the day the contract is made.
We will provide the cancellation information applicable to your particular contract before you sign. Any additional cancellation rights offered in your contract also apply.
2. How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel:
Email: evan@wrensolar.co.uk
Telephone: 01702 965 515
Post: Unit 150 Milton Keynes Business Centre Hayley Court, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, England, MK14 6GD
Please include your name, installation address and quotation or contract reference, if available.
You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Sending your cancellation notice before the applicable deadline is sufficient; you do not need to wait for our acknowledgement.
3. Asking us to start work early
We will not start services during an applicable cooling-off period unless you expressly request this. For off-premises contracts, we will obtain that request in a durable form, such as email or a signed document.
If you then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to cancellation, but only where the legal requirements for that charge have been met.
For a service-only contract, the right to cancel can end once the service is fully performed if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence.
An early-start request does not automatically waive cancellation rights for equipment supplied under a supply-and-install contract.
4. Refunds and deposits
When you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund payments due to you, including any refundable deposit and the cost of standard delivery. Any lawful deduction will be explained.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after we are informed of cancellation. Where goods must be returned, we may withhold reimbursement until they are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
